Terms & Conditions

These general terms of sale apply to all purchases of tickets, annual memberships and gadgets by the same person for the visit to Parco Natura Viva (hereinafter referred to as “Parco Natura Viva”). The customer, hereinafter referred to by such term, is invited to attentively peruse the general Terms of sale that aim to lay down the contractual relationships between the customer and Parco Natura Viva, and the conditions applicable to the purchase of tickets online. Confirmation of an order for a of ticket, annual membership or gadget through the Internet website entails the conclusive stipulation of the contract and implies unconditional acceptance by the client of all the general Terms of sale, prior acquaintance with which he has acknowledged upon validation of the purchase. The customer accepts: the provisions concerning security, access and the regulations pertaining to visit of the site. The customer is aware of the fact that, in the event that these regulations are not complied with, he will be denied access to the site, without any financial compensation. Supplementary regulations might be published on the website or printed directly on the ticket. The applicable general terms of sale are those in force on the site as at the date of purchase of the ticket. Parco Natura Viva reserves the right to adapt or vary at any time and to any extent envisaged by law these general Terms of sale. 

All the terms hereunder that begin with a capital letter, whether used in the singular or the plural, are used with the following meanings: “Online ticket”: a ticket purchased online, consisting of an Order Summary and of a number of sheets bearing the order number and a QR CODE readable by optical character readers at the entrance of Parco Natura Viva. Ticket prices are available on the site. “Customer”: it denotes any person purchasing a ticket on the Internet website who has accepted the general Terms of sale in the manner prescribed by article 2.2 hereof. “General Terms of sale”: they denote general terms laying down the conditions for the purchase and use of tickets.
The sale of tickets online is directly carried out by Parco Natura Viva, having its registered office in Bussolengo (VR) – Località Figara no. 40 and hereinafter referred to “seller”.

LIABILITY

Visit to the Site takes place at the customer’s sole liability. Parco Natura Viva may not be deemed liable for unforeseen and/or indirect damages sustained by the customer, including, as part of a non-exhaustive list, loss of earnings, loss of an opportunity, loss of customer revenue, loss of data, any financial and business prejudice, any contractual problem or immaterial prejudice. Parco Natura Viva may not be deemed liable if the breach of, or the poor quality compliance with, its obligations in the guise of General Terms of sale is ascribable 1.to the customer, or 2. to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. Parco Natura Viva does not warrant to the customer that the site shall exactly conform to its expectations or that no mistake shall occur during the use of the Internet website. The Internet website is accessible 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, subject to its right to close it for maintenance or repair or due to force majeure or any other event eluding Parco Natura Viva’s control. Parco Natura Viva’s liability shall not be triggered in the event of loss or damage suffered by the customer or by third parties arising from an impossibility 1. to access the Internet website, 2. or the Internet network, 3. or the means of telecommunication 4. or, more generally, caused by an event of force majeure as defined by the case law of Italian courts, at the time of visiting the Internet website or an order going through. Parco Natura Viva’s liability may not be raised in respect of a damage arising from use of the Internet network, such as loss of data, intrusion, virus or interruption of the service. Parco Natura Viva may under no circumstances be deemed liable for any misuse of the Internet website and/or the online ticket service on behalf of the customer or third parties. In the event that Parco Natura Viva’s liability is propounded due to the customer failing to abide by one of the general Terms of sale, Parco Natura Viva will be entitled to sue the customer. The customer is solely liable for his choice to order the booking of tickets on the Internet, and Parco Natura Viva shall accordingly not deemed liable for any dysfunction associated with a problem involving the booking and the computer environment.

HOW TO PURCHASE

The online purchase of tickets, memberships and gadgets for Parco Natura Viva, is done through the virtual store open on https://shop.ranatick.com/parconaturaviva, and is exclusively governed by these general terms of sale, as per the version in force at the time of the purchase itself. The purchaser of the online ticket is entitled to priority access in Parco Natura Viva’s section called “Faunistico Section – Fauna Park”, and may use the code set out on the specific page of his Order Confirmation for automatic scanning at the entrance. Nevertheless, the purchaser of an online ticket is NOT entitled to priority access in Parco Natura Viva’s section called “Safari Section – Safari Park”, since the very structure of the Safari does not permit it.

PROCEDURE ON ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL TERMS OF SALE

By clicking “Confirm” at the end of the procedure, the customer acknowledges that he has taken cognizance of and has unconditionally accepted all the general Terms of sale.

HOW TO PAY

The online payment is done exclusively with Credit Card, as per the procedure indicated by the system. 

After acceptance of the order, the customer shall be redirected to an electronic payment server from which the online payment of the order may be made by credit card. The purchase is conclusively recorded once the customer confirms payment. In the event that payment is rejected by the payment body, the purchase transaction is automatically annulled. The purchase is blocked and confirmed, and no cancellation or amendment may be introduced by the customer.
Upon the order being issued, the customer will receive a purchase confirmation e-mail. This e-mail allows him to download the PDF document called Order Confirmation \ Receipt of Order Confirmation consisting of a first Order summary sheet and of a number of sheets bearing the order number and a QR CODE readable by the optical character readers of Parco Natura Viva, corresponding to the number of tickets purchased. The said Order Confirmation may also be downloaded from one’s Customer Area on the shop.parconaturaviva.it website and shown to the optical character readers of Parco Natura Viva in printed form or via smartphone or tablet.

VALIDITY OF THE TICKET

By making payment, the purchaser acknowledges that he has full capacity to act and that the personal data provided by him/her are correct.

The contract of purchase and sale becomes valid the moment payment has been made, and shall remain valid until the date of validity of the ticket, as printed on it.
The online purchase of the ticket may not be combined with other commercial initiatives underway, save for promotions or discounts specifically created for exclusive use online.
Parco Natura Viva may refuse access to the site to any possessor of a ticket proved to have been bought illegally.

ONLINE OPEN TICKET 

“Online Open Ticket” is defined as a ticket purchased online, utilizable on any day the Park is open between the date of purchase itself and the last day of the Park’s Regular Open Season (printed on the ticket itself). Prices are indicated on the site. Validity: valid for a 1 day visit. It permits 1 entry to the SAFARI SECTION e 1 entry to the FAUNAL SECTION of Parco Natura Viva, to be carried out over the course of the same day. The open day ticket may be purchased at any time and is valid at once. Once this ticket has been SCANNED by the optical character reader at the Park, it has been used. This entails that the visitor may use it, on that day, to enter one of the other sections of Parco Natura Viva, after which the ticket will no longer be valid. The online ticket will enable the holder to skip the queue at the (pedestrian) Faunal section and go through the turnstiles directly, but will not allow him to skip the queue at the Safari section, since the structure of the Safari does not permit it.

The Customer is not entitled to withdraw from the Contract of purchase of the ticket in electronic format, as it is a contract for the provision of leisure services referred to in article 59(1)(n) of the Code of Consumer (Codice del Consumo) (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree No. 21/2014). Accordingly, no refund of the ticket price paid is envisaged in the event of waiver by the Customer.

ONLINE PRESET DATE TICKET

“Online preset date ticket” is defined as a ticket purchased online, open to use solely on the day it was previously selected for through the “Calendar” available on the website at the time of purchase. Validity: valid for a 1 day visit. It permits 1 entry to the SAFARI SECTION e 1 entry to the FAUNA SECTION of Parco Natura Viva, to be carried out over the course of the same day. The preset date ticket may only be purchased at least 24 hours prior to the selected date and is valid for that day only. Once this ticket has been SCANNED by the optical character reader at the Park, it has been used. This entails that the visitor may use it, on that day, to enter one of the other sections of Parco Natura Viva, after which the ticket will no longer be valid. The online ticket will enable the holder the skip the queue at the (pedestrian) Faunal section and go through the turnstiles directly, but will not allow him to skip the queue at the Safari section, since the structure of the Safari does not permit it.

The ticket price is expressed in Euros (€). The prices quoted are deemed to include taxes. The applicable rate is the one in force as at the date of the visit and may be perused on the Internet website. 

MEMBERSHIPS

Purchase of the online membership may not be combined with other commercial initiatives underway.

Parco Natura Viva may refuse access to the site to any possessor of a ticket that might prove to have been bought illegally. The Customer is not entitled to withdraw from the Contract of purchase of the ticket in electronic format, as it is a contract for the provision of leisure services referred to in article 59(1)(n) of the Code of Consumer (Codice del Consumo) (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree No. 21/2014). Accordingly, no refund of the ticket price paid is envisaged in the event of waiver by the Customer.

Following the online purchase, the customer must carry out his first visit to Parco Natura Viva, bringing along with him the Purchase Confirmation received (in printed version or even in PDF version on smartphone or tablet) and attend at the MEMBERSHIP OFFICE situated in the Faunal Section of Parco Natura Viva, to confirm the data inserted.

MEMBERSHIP PRICE

The price of memberships is expressed in Euros (€). The prices quoted are deemed to include taxes. The applicable rate is the one in force as at the date of the visit and may be perused on the Internet website.

ATTIVITÀ EXTRA

Si definisce “Attività extra” uno speciale Evento acquistato online, utilizzabile esclusivamente nel giorno e orario che è stato precedentemente selezionato tramite il “Calendario” disponibile sul sito al momento dell’acquisto. Validità: valido esclusivamente per lo slot orario scelto nel giorno selezionato, per la durata indicata al momento dell’acquisto. Permette di partecipare all’attività indicata, secondo le condizioni indicate nella descrizione della stessa. L’Attività è acquistabile online solo con un determinato anticipo (segnato sulla descrizione dell’evento) rispetto al giorno scelto ed è valida solo per tale giorno e orario.
L’acquisto dell’attività extra non è cumulabile con altre iniziative commerciali in corso.
Parco Natura Viva potrà rifiutare la partecipazione all’attività a qualsiasi possessore di attività extra che potrebbe rivelarsi acquistata in modo illecito.
Il Cliente non ha il diritto di recedere dal Contratto di acquisto dell’attività extra in formato elettronico trattandosi di contratto di fornitura di servizi relativi al tempo libero di cui all’art. 59 comma 1 lett. n) del Codice del Consumo (d.lgs. 206/2005 così come modificato dal d.lgs. 21/2014). Non è previsto pertanto il rimborso del prezzo del titolo di accesso pagato, in caso di rinuncia da parte del Cliente.
A seguito dell’acquisto online, il cliente dovrà recarsi nel giorno e orario scelto presso il punto di ritrovo indicato, presso Parco Natura Viva, portando con sé la Conferma di Acquisto ricevuta (in versione stampata o anche in versione PDF su smartphone o tablet) e presentarsi all’INFOPOINT situato alla Sezione Faunistico del Parco Natura Viva, per partecipare all’evento, salvo diversamente indicato sulla Conferma di Acquisto stessa.
Ritardo. Non sono ammessi ritardi per la partecipazione alle attività extra. Qualora il partecipante non si presenti puntualmente all’orario di inizio specificato presso il punto di ritrovo indicato, non sarà possibile partecipare all’attività e non sarà possibile chiedere rimborso. Si consiglia pertanto di presentarsi al punto di ritrovo 15 minuti in anticipo.
Possesso di un titolo di ingresso valido. Le attività extra, salvo diversamente indicato sulla Conferma di Acquisto, NON sostituiscono il titolo di ingresso valido (biglietto o abbonamento) necessario per accedere al Parco Natura Viva. Ogni Conferma di Acquisto di una attività extra sarà utilizzabile solo se accompagnata da un titolo di ingresso valido (biglietto di ingresso valido per il giorno dell’evento, abbonamento in corso di validità).
Regolamento del Parco. Tutti i partecipanti dovranno rispettare il Regolamento del Parco. È possibile consultare il regolamento di sezione Faunistico e Safari alla pagina parconaturaviva.it/regolamento
Maggiore età. Ogni minorenne iscritto a una attività extra dovrà essere accompagnato da un adulto, a sua volta iscritto all’attività extra.

PREZZO DELLE ATTIVITÀ EXTRA

Il prezzo delle attività extra è indicato in Euro (€). I prezzi menzionati si intendono comprensivi di tasse. La tariffa applicabile è quella in vigore alla data della visita e consultabile sul sito internet.
