RULES:
1) Children from 0 to 99 cm enter free of charge (please note that height measurement must be done WITH SHOES ON);
2) Pregnant women must show, at the Park entrance, a certificate attesting to their condition;
3) Visitors with disabilities: A) Under 18 years old with certification pursuant to Law 104/92 / Disability card, will enter the Park free of charge upon presentation of documentation at the ticket office. B) Over 18 years old who are permanently non-ambulatory (wheelchair users) and/or blind, will enter free of charge after presenting at the Park ticket office. C) Over 18 years old and/or deaf with a companion will enter with a special-rate ticket presenting at the ticket offices with certification pursuant to Law 104/92 / Disability card. D) With disability certificate greater than 60%, will enter with a reduced-rate ticket purchasable only at the Park ticket offices.
4)  The companion of the visitor with disabilities pursuant to Law 104/92 / Disability card under 18 years old, of the non-ambulatory and/or blind and/or deaf visitor over 18 years old, of the visitor over 18 years old upon verification of actual need for accompaniment, will enter by paying a Reduced-rate Ticket purchasable only at the Park ticket offices. A maximum of 1 companion per person with disability is allowed.
5) No refunds are allowed for tickets, products or services purchased for a date or a specific period of "use by a certain date", in accordance with the provisions of article 59 letter n) of the Consumer Code. By purchasing the Tickets or services, therefore, the User accepts that, due to the specific characteristics of that ticket or service, no right of withdrawal will be applied or granted to the User.
